The Senior Manager will own and grow corporate and strategic accounts
, including GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations), partnering with veterinary organizations and other key stakeholders to deliver long-term revenue and market impact. This role is ideal for a commercial leader with experience in diagnostics or animal health and a proven track record managing corporate-level clients for 3–5+ years
, ideally established in their current position for over three years
.
- Lead and grow corporate and strategic accounts
, with a focus on GPO partnerships
. - Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to optimize account performance.
- Identify and develop new strategic corporate opportunities
, leveraging insights and market trends. - Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices and commercial excellence.
- 3–5+ years managing corporate accounts
, ideally at Senior Manager / Director level
, with a strong tenure in current role (over three years). - Demonstrated experience with GPO accounts is highly valued.
- Background in Animal Health or Diagnostics preferred; experience in Pharma, Diet & Health is also relevant.
- Proven success in strategic account management and business development
. - Not suitable for candidates focused mainly on distribution or from smaller startups.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
