Senior Director Strategy & Integration - Optometry

REMOTE - US EASTERN / CENTRAL TIME ZONES

This role is for a rapidly scaling, PE-backed Optometry platform with active M&A and national expansion plans

This role is focused on post-acquisition integration and strategic execution
, ensuring newly acquired practices are aligned, optimised, and delivering expected performance.

You’ll work closely with executive leadership and investors to drive integration, standardisation, and operational improvement across the platform
.

• Lead end-to-end integration of newly acquired practices (clinical, operational, financial)
• Drive standardisation of workflows, KPIs, and reporting across sites
• Partner with leadership on integration playbooks and execution cadence
• Track and deliver against deal thesis and synergy targets
• Identify and implement operational improvements across the network
• Work cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, RCM, and Clinical leadership

• 6–10+ years experience in strategy, operations, integration, or consulting
• Direct experience supporting M&A integration in a multi-site healthcare environment
• Strong understanding of ophthalmology / optometry workflows and practice operations
• Exposure to RCM, site-level performance metrics, and EBITDA drivers
• Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth roll-up platform strongly preferred
• Advanced analytical skills (

• Proven ability to manage multiple integrations / projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management across executive, clinical, and field teams
