Tasks

As a Leadership and Mindset Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the growth and human potential industry that inspires change, advanced business growth, and cutting edge team culture. You will be engaging in meaningful conversations with purpose driven individuals who are ready for personal and professional growth. You will share about our world-class personal development programs and success education platforms.

You will build authentic relationships through outreach and community engagement. You will guide your prospective team members and coach them on how to best reach their authentic personal and professional goals. This individual will lead with self-awareness, vision and intentionality while also enjoying truly rewarding work that changes lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Growth & Business Development

  • Identify and connect with aligned individuals who are seeking personal growth, lifestyle freedom, and purpose-driven work.
  • Strategically market high quality self-discovery programs and LIVE events through organic outreach and digital platforms (social media, video content, email, etc.).

2. Purposeful Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Engage in authentic, values-based conversations with potential clients
  • Establish a genuine understanding of our clients goals and interests
  • Cultivate long-term relationships that build trust, integrity and shared vision

3. Leadership:

  • Lead by example—by embodying the principles emotional intelligence, and personal transformation.
  • Offer support, insight, and education to those on your team
  • Connect with other leaders within our business and contribute to a culture of growth, collaboration, and inspiration.

4. Marketing & Messaging

  • Share your personal story and transformational insights in a way that resonates and inspires.
  • Use provided templates, training, and content—or your own creative expression—to consistently share your message across social media and digital platforms.
  • Develop an online presence aligned with your values and vision.

5. Personal & Professional Growth
