Position Overview

Fourth is seeking an accomplished Vice President of US Services to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of world-class implementation, managed services, and consulting offerings across the United States market. Reporting to the COO, this role will establish and scale Fourth's US services organization to accelerate customer value realization from Hot Schedules (workforce management) and Macromati

X (inventory management)—a powerful integrated back-of-house operations platform serving thousands of US-based hospitality and restaurant customers.

The VP will be the key architect of Fourth's US market services strategy, responsible for delivering rapid, profitable implementations and positioning Fourth as an indispensable strategic advisor to hospitality operators navigating labor complexity, supply chain challenges, compliance requirements, and cost control pressures.

The Role
  • Strategy & P&L Ownership
    :
    Define vision for implementation, managed services, and advisory; build scalable delivery models; own revenue, margin, and profitability.
  • Implementation & Onboarding
    :
    Oversee end-to-end onboarding (labor rules, POS/payroll integration, inventory setup); develop US-specific playbooks; track KPIs: time-to-revenue, adoption, CSAT, compliance.
  • Managed Services & Advisory
    :
    Launch offerings like QBRs on labor & food economics, compliance monitoring, analytics advisory, production planning workshops.
  • Team Leadership
    :
    Build and scale a world-class services organization (consultants, architects, trainers); create career paths for hospitality domain experts; optimize resource allocation.
  • Revenue Growth
    :
    Drive services revenue via delivery efficiency and higher-margin offerings; partner with Sales on GTM; forecast bookings, revenue, margins.
  • Customer & Industry Leadership
    :
    Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts; build C-suite relationships; represent Fourth at industry events.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    :
    Collaborate with Product, CS, Sales, Finance, Marketing to ensure seamless customer journey and roadmap influence.
The Ideal Candidate

Experience
:

  • 12+ years in professional services, implementation, customer success, or operations roles; 8+ years in leadership
  • 10+ years in SaaS business models
  • P&L accountability for $10MM+ services revenue
  • Experience leading teams of 30–100+ in complex environments
  • Success managing complex customer implementations and driving adoption
Hospitality Domain Expertise
  • Deep understanding of US hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, multi-site operations)
  • Strong knowledge of labor management (scheduling, compliance) and food cost management (inventory, purchasing, waste reduction)
  • Familiarity with US labor regulations (FLSA, Fair Workweek, tip rules, wage garnishment)
  • Experience implementing software for US hospitality operators (POS integrations, payroll, inventory)
Technical & Operational Knowledge
  • Familiarity with POS systems (Oracle Micros, Toast, Epos Now), accounting platforms, supplier systems
  • Understanding of SaaS delivery models and implementation methodologies
  • Experience with data migration, integrations, and process change
Leadership & Business Acumen
  • Ability to build and retain high-performing teams
  • Strong financial management (budgeting, forecasting, margin optimization)
  • Data-driven decision-making and KPI management
  • Executive presence and client relationship management
Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Prior experience in hospitality operations or consulting
  • Familiarity with Fourth, Hot Schedules, Macromati
