We are looking for experienced Management Consultants in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space to support client engagements through structured problem solving, high-quality deliverable development, client relationship management, and workstream execution.

Primary Responsibilities- Collaborate with fellow team members and clients to support deliverable development and to execute defined strategies
- Conduct research, analyze data and synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support functional work streams and deliverable creation while fostering client relationships
- Support creating meeting/workshop collateral and logistics for large, senior level, cross-geographic audiences
- Develop client-ready communications and materials to convey decision points, progress updates, and overall status
- Demonstrate flexibility and agility across client engagements by contributing in diverse capacities as project and firm needs evolve
- Contribute to firm initiatives that support capability development, knowledge sharing, and firm growth
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred
- 3+ years of experience, with at least 2 years working in a management consulting firm
- Fundamental understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Prior industry experience is a huge plus
- Demonstrated ability to integrate business and industry knowledge in developing creative and actionable solutions for clients
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Polished core consulting skills (including written, verbal, presentation, and executive presence)
- High attention to detail with the ability to work well with ambiguity
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment as well as work independently with minimal guidance when needed
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 10%, includes occasional client and internal travel (approximately two internal offsites a year)
- Passion for learning and professional development
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. This includes creating leadership level presentations. This is a must-have
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive culture and openness to new ideas and perspectives
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. in an unrestricted manner
- Working in a remote first environment (with the ability to support ah-hoc in-person settings)
- Authorized to work in the United States
