As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to help oversee operations, support team performance, and drive growth within one of our core divisions.
** Position Overview
** We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to join our growing solar organization. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operational performance, driving process improvement, supporting cross-functional teams, and helping scale the business through strong execution and team development.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong operational experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of performance and accountability.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Oversee and support day-to-day operational activities across multiple teams and departments
* Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Collaborate with leadership to support company initiatives, operational goals, and long-term planning
* Create and maintain scalable processes, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs
* Lead, mentor, and develop managers and team leaders through coaching, accountability, and performance management
* Ensure teams are operating in alignment with company standards, expectations, and compliance requirements
* Assist in resource planning, workforce management, and operational forecasting
* Foster a positive, solutions-oriented culture focused on teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement
* Manage operational challenges with professionalism, urgency, and strategic problem-solving
** Qualifications
* ** 5+ years of leadership or operations management experience in a fast-paced or growth-focused environment
* Strong ability to lead teams, improve processes, and manage organizational performance
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
* Experience managing multiple priorities and departments simultaneously
* Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
* Proven ability to build accountability and develop high-performing teams
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
* Experience in solar is required
