Finishing Manager

Malnove Inc. of Utah, a family-owned, nationwide folding carton manufacturer, seeks an experienced Finishing Manager for its Clearfield, Utah based facility. We have an immediate opportunity for a high caliber Manager who has passion to lead and ambition to drive results.

The Finishing Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the Finishing team to ensure company standards in production, quality, waste, safety and cost are met. This includes directing Associates, scheduling material flow in and out of department, ensuring adequate preventive maintenance is preformed and enforcing company policies. The Manager is responsible for developing the team by evaluating gaps, coaching and training and providing solutions.

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment, folded carton preferred.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with LEAN Manufacturing principles.

This position offers a competitive base salary range of $95,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership capability. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus tied to individual and plant performance objectives.
