Production Support; On-Call

Pressed Floral is a bespoke floral preservation company based in Orem, Utah that preserves life's special moments through fine art. Serving clients nationwide, our goal is to create sentiments that will last forever.

Pressed Floral is seeking a flexible, detail-oriented On-Call Production Support team member to assist across multiple production departments. This role will begin with hands-on training in Preservation
, where you’ll learn the foundational techniques of pressing and caring for client florals.

As you develop, you will be cross-trained in Design, Fulfillment, and Resin
, becoming a versatile team member who can step in where support is needed most. This is an on-call position, meaning scheduling will vary based on production demand, making it ideal for someone who values flexibility and enjoys a dynamic work environment.

This role is critical to maintaining our quality standards and ensuring each client’s flowers are handled with care, precision, and respect.

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming blooms with accuracy
• Prepare and press flowers using established preservation techniques
• Monitor pressing progress and adjust methods as needed
• Perform quality checks to ensure blooms meet company standards
• Maintain organized records and work spaces

• Design: Assist with arranging and preparing framed floral pieces
• Fulfillment: Support packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation
• Resin: Assist in resin preparation, pouring, and finishing processes

• Step into different departments based on daily or weekly production needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and care in all work areas
• Follow all handling procedures to protect delicate client materials

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate materials with care
• Willingness to learn multiple skill sets across departments
• Flexible availability and comfort with an on-call schedule
• Reliable, punctual, and responsive to scheduling needs
• Ability to follow processes while adapting to changing priorities
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Preferred (not required):

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or hands-on craft work
• Background in floral work, art, or design
