Operations Manager
Overview
As a Team Lead Operations, you will play a vital role in the day‑to‑day efficiency of our operations. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting your colleagues to meet production goals and maintain a well‑organized workflow.
Responsibilities- Time Management Support:
Assist team members in effectively managing their time and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks, including guidance on prioritization and workflow. - Work Allocation:
Distribute tasks and assignments to team members based on their skills and workload to ensure balanced and efficient operations. - Workflow Coordination:
Monitor the flow of work, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively suggest adjustments to improve efficiency. - Process Adherence:
Ensure that all team members understand and follow established operational procedures and guidelines. - Performance Monitoring (Task‑Based):
Observe and report on the progress and completion of assigned tasks by team members. - Resource Management:
Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for the team to perform their tasks effectively. - Communication Hub:
Serve as a central point of contact for operational updates and information within the team. - Problem Solving (Operational):
Identify and escalate operational issues or challenges that impact team productivity. - Training Support:
Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members on operational processes. - Maintaining Organization:
Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and conducive to efficient operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Ability to proactively identify and solve operational challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- A proactive and detail‑oriented approach to work.
HS Diploma required or GED equivalent.
Experience- Preferable experience leading others and directing others’ work.
- Proven experience in an operational or production environment.
- Experience in mosquito management, facilities, or warehouse operations preferred.

Proactively identifies and resolves issues within scope of responsibility. - Technical Expertise:
Demonstrates specialized knowledge in relevant procedures. - Decision‑Making:
Makes informed choices to handle non‑routine tasks effectively. - Collaboration:
Coordinates efforts with team members and other departments. - Intermediate proficiency using Google platforms.
- Ability to interpret and apply procedural guidelines.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for technical or operational challenges.
- Advanced knowledge of tools or equipment relevant to specialization.

Incumbent is required to have near‑range visual acuity for detailed tasks and ability to perform activities with precision such as analyzing data, viewing computer screens or reading extensively. Incumbent will be subject to inside working conditions: the change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
