Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly

The role involves operating sewing machines as part of our production team, ensuring quality of products, maintaining safety standards, and supporting shift operations. The current opening is on day shift – Monday to Thursday 4:30p.m. to 3a.m., with potential overtime on Fridays or after the shift.

• Use full-face respirator and maintain a clean‑shaven face.
• Cross‑train within departments to meet safety and quality standards.
• Review production schedule with manager to determine model and stain requirements.
• Refer to white board weekly list for production guidance.
• Perform mixing, inventory management, sealer/lacquer/stain applications.

• Previous experience and strong knowledge of stain mixing or application.
• Experience with wet paint (automotive or other) helpful.
