Techfall Gear Co. is one of the fastest-growing custom apparel companies serving wrestling clubs, schools, athletic organizations, and businesses across the United States. We create premium custom apparel through screen printing, DTF printing, embroidery, sublimation, and promotional products.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about graphic design but also excited to learn every aspect of apparel production. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing their designs come to life from the computer screen all the way to the finished product.

Design is the primary focus of this role.

You will work directly with customers and our sales team to create custom apparel for schools, wrestling clubs, businesses, and organizations throughout the country.

Responsibilities include:

• Create custom apparel graphics and logos
• Design team uniforms, spirit wear, and branded merchandise
• Produce clean, production-ready vector artwork in Adobe Illustrator
• Create mockups and customer proofs
• Prepare artwork for screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and sublimation
• Make revisions based on customer feedback
• Help develop new apparel collections and product concepts

As projects move into production, you'll also help ensure everything is completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate DTF printers, heat presses, vinyl cutters, and related production equipment
• Press finished garments while maintaining quality standards
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues
• Prepare artwork and production files
• Assist in planning production schedules
• Help organize jobs to keep production running efficiently

Previous production experience is helpful but we're willing to train the right person

• Packing and shipping customer orders
• Checking in inventory and incoming shipments
• Organizing warehouse inventory
• Preparing event and team deliveries
• Maintaining a clean, organized production workspace

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to create and edit vector artwork
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time management
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

• Experience in apparel decoration or print production
• Understanding of CMYK and Pantone color systems
• Experience with Photoshop and Illistrator
• Illustration or mascot design
• Experience preparing artwork for screen printing or DTF is a plus
• Basic troubleshooting skills with production equipment
