We are seeking a full-time Star Sliding Headstock CNC Screw Machine Operator to serve as a foreman and supervisor. This role focuses on programming, operating, and overseeing the production of sliding headstock screw machines, specifically Star Screw Machines. The operator will work the day shift and lead a small team of 1-5 members, ensuring efficient production and quality output.
Responsibilities- Program CNC sliding headstock screw machines accurately
- Operate machine tools to produce precision parts
- Set up and calibrate machines for optimal performance
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Supervise and coordinate a small team of operators
- Schedule production to meet deadlines
- 5+ years experience operating CNC sliding headstock machines
