Mity-Lite, Inc., a Utah County furniture manufacturer is seeking a Fabricator to join our Operations team. This position would have responsibility to perform repairs on jigs and fixtures, help team members complete Daily Kaizen / improvement projects, work in L2L (maintenance ticketing system: Leading to Lean), and provide support to all value streams / cost centers.

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on jigs and fixtures (PM- L2L)
• Ability to read prints to repair jigs to naturel state.
• Inspecting and testing finished work to ensure it conforms to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain correct records of work performed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training team members as needed.
• Other Duties as assigned

• Good work ethic:
  Reliable, dedicated, productive, cooperative, and self-disciplined.
• Physically able to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to weld steel and aluminum preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Proficient in using hand tools and reading prints.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Intermediate computer skills for record keeping:
  Leading to Lean, and email.
• Strong record of completing tasks on time.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
