Position Overview:

You'll sign creators, pitch brands, close deals, and manage relationships. You'll build your own roster from scratch using our systems and tools.

This is commission-only for the first 3 months. After that, if you're performing well, we transition you to base salary + commission.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a startup and take real ownership from day one.

• Build & Manage your own book of creators
• Recruit new influencers across You Tube, Tik Tok, and Instagram
• Act as the main point of contact for your roster
• Pitch and secure brand deals for your creators
• Negotiate terms and manage ongoing relationships

• Support the execution of influencer campaigns
• Track deliverables and performance

• 2+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or client-side sales
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Organized, independent, and proactive
• Comfortable in fast-moving, startup environments
