As a Paid Search Demand Marketer, you will play a key role in driving pipeline growth through high-performing paid search and digital acquisition campaigns. You’ll partner closely with demand generation, marketing operations, analytics, creative, and product marketing teams to develop and optimize campaigns that generate measurable business impact. You will work closely with a senior paid search marketer to execute, optimize, and scale acquisition programs while developing deeper expertise in performance marketing strategy and operations.
This role combines analytical rigor with creative experimentation, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by performance data, testing, and continuous optimization.
The ideal candidate understands how to scale paid search acquisition efficiently while balancing lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI. You are comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, proactively identifying opportunities, and translating performance insights into actionable recommendations that influence strategy and execution.
You will:
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, You Tube, Display, Discovery, and emerging paid channels.
- Partner closely with senior paid search team members on campaign strategy, testing initiatives, optimization opportunities, and performance analysis.
- Own day-to-day campaign execution including budget pacing, bid management, audience targeting, ad copy testing, landing page recommendations, and performance optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and conversion data to improve lead generation, sales qualified lead (SAO) volume, pipeline contribution, and return on ad spend.
- Develop and execute structured testing strategies across creative assets, audiences, keywords, bidding models, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with marketing operations and analytics teams to improve attribution, tracking accuracy, reporting, and campaign measurement.
- Partner with creative, product marketing, and audience marketing teams to build cohesive campaigns aligned to business goals and target personas.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitive insights to identify new growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
- Build presentations that communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Help identify scalable acquisition opportunities while maintaining efficiency and budget goals.
- Contribute to quarterly planning, forecasting, and channel strategy discussions within the broader demand generation organization.
What You Need to Get the Job Done:
- 2–4 years of experience managing B2B paid search performance marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success scaling paid acquisition programs while maintaining efficiency metrics such as CPA, ROAS, or pipeline ROI.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, reporting, and marketing analytics tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing and analytics teams.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
