  • About the Role

    Are you a strategic marketing maestro who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data? Do you possess the project management skills to orchestrate successful product launches and the communication prowess to captivate audiences?     We're seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join Zeni’s marketing team. You'll be one of the masterminds behind our go‑to‑market strategies, wielding your expertise in project management, communication, and data analysis to drive product adoption and propel us to market leadership.

    Responsibilities
    • Project Management Master:
      • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go‑to‑market plans for new product launches and existing product updates.
      • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources with a keen eye for detail and a focus on efficiency.
      • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between product development, sales, customer service, financial operations, and marketing teams.
    • Communication Champion:
      • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with customer needs and buying journeys.
      • Craft clear, concise, and engaging marketing content across various formats (web copy, case studies, white papers, etc.)
      • Deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences (internal and external stakeholders) to educate them on product value propositions.
    • Data‑Driven Decisions:
      • Conduct in‑depth market research to understand target audiences, competitor landscapes, and industry trends.
      • Analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and maximize campaign and product effectiveness.
      • Leverage data insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.
    • Creative Catalyst:
      • Develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns that capture attention and drive product awareness.
      • Possess a strong visual sense and understanding of design principles to create compelling marketing materials as you collaborate with Zeni’s design team.
      • Think outside the box to generate fresh ideas and approaches to product marketing challenges.
    Qualifications
    • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects from conception to execution.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices.
    • Proven ability to create clear, concise, and compelling marketing content across various formats.
    • Data‑driven approach with a knack for analyzing and interpreting product marketing performance metrics.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools is a plus.
    • Passion for AI and the financial technology industry with a deep understanding of its market landscape.
    • A creative mind with a knack for developing engaging marketing campaigns.
    • A strong passion and experience with enabling internal teams (sales, customer service, financial operations) on the latest product releases.
