What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a driven and experienced Tik Tok Shop Manager who knows how to turn content and community into commerce. This person is equal parts strategist and executor — someone who understands the Tik Tok ecosystem deeply and uses data to continuously improve performance. WhatYou'll Do Tik Tok Shop Management
- Own and manage the Just Ingredients Tik Tok Shop from end to end — including product listings, inventory accuracy, promotions, and campaign execution.
- Ensure product content is optimized, accurate, and aligned with JI's brand standards.
- Monitor shop health, customer feedback, and platform compliance requirements to maintain a best-in-class storefront.
- Develop and execute Tik Tok Shop strategies that drive sales, grow brand awareness, and align with Just Ingredients' mission and values.
- Monitor Tik Tok trends and platform updates to identify opportunities and ensure JI remains competitive in the social commerce space.
- Test new ideas, formats, and strategies with a growth mindset — learning quickly and iterating based on results.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators including sales, ROI, affiliate performance, and campaign metrics — providing regular reporting to leadership.
- Optimize product listings, content strategy, and affiliate campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards or reporting tools that give clear visibility into Tik Tok Shop performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Affiliate and Product teams to align Tik Tok Shop initiatives with broader brand campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Tik Tok Shop — educating and advising cross-functional partners.

- 5+ years of experience managing Tik Tok Shop or similar social commerce platforms, including product listings, campaign management, and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to develop strategies that drive sales and brand awareness through Tik Tok content and commerce.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, optimizing performance, and delivering clear reporting on sales and ROI.
- Deep understanding of Tik Tok trends, the creator ecosystem, and the fast-paced nature of social commerce.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset who identifies new opportunities, tests innovative ideas, and adapts quickly to platform changes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — particularly with affiliate partners and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with e-commerce, CPG, or health and wellness brands is a strong plus.
