What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and data‑driven Paid Search Specialist with 2–3 years of hands‑on paid search experience to help manage and grow our programs across Google and Microsoft Ads. This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a solid foundation in paid search and is ready to take on more ownership in a fast‑paced DTC environment. You understand how campaigns work across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, you are comfortable working with performance data to make optimizations, and you are eager to grow your skills alongside a brand and team that is moving quickly.

A genuine interest in health, wellness, and clean‑ingredient products is a plus.

What You’ll Do Campaign Management
  • Plan, build, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and You Tube.
  • Maintain and continuously improve keyword strategies, audience targeting, product feed structures, and bidding strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor campaigns daily and make data‑driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue, and new customer acquisition.
  • Manage paid search budget pacing to ensure efficient spend allocation across campaigns and channels.
Performance Analysis &Reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance using Northbeam, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and platform‑native tools to surface insights and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop clear, actionable recommendations based on performance data, customer behavior, and competitive trends.
  • Track and report on key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, impression share, and new customer acquisition.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with creative, e‑commerce, and analytics teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and evergreen growth initiatives.
  • Support marketing strategies across key product categories including protein, supplements, personal care, and wellness.
  • Assist in agency, vendor, and platform partner communication as needed to ensure alignment and execution.
Innovation & Growth
  • Stay current on paid search, e‑commerce, AI, and digital marketing trends, proactively identifying new opportunities to improve performance and scale growth.
  • Test new campaign types, audience strategies, and creative approaches, bringing a curious and experimental mindset to the channel.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and impression share.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Northbeam, Google Analytics, Shopify, Triple Whale, or Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Experience in e‑commerce, DTC, CPG, health and wellness, beauty, or consumer products strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Self‑starter with a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
