Overview
Principal Growth Marketer – Blackbaud Agents For Good. Design and execute innovative growth programs that improve customer acquisition and drive revenue for nonprofits.
Key Responsibilities- Strategize, plan, and execute growth programs to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Translate broad concepts into structured, measurable initiatives using integrated marketing channels (email, webinars, paid media, social media, AI‑driven channels).
- Innovate and experiment: develop hypotheses, run A/B and multivariate tests, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
- Build and maintain KPIs and reporting templates to track success against objectives; provide regular updates to stakeholders on metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and qualified pipeline.
- Collaborate closely in a pod‑like structure with product marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and digital media teams for seamless execution.
- 7+ years of growth marketing or related experience with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and hands‑on proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Qlik, and Excel for data interpretation.
- Experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests that deliver measurable improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Customer‑centric mindset: obsessive about understanding customer psychology and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a deep understanding of ROI and a passion for aggressive goal‑setting.
