Brand Manager – Broda, Mity Lite Inc

Location: Orem, Utah (In Office)

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 per year

Mity Lite Inc is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for its Broda brand, a provider of healthcare seating solutions. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and focuses on driving brand strategy, customer engagement, and multi‑channel marketing.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement on‑brand messaging across every touchpoint in the customer journey.
• Ensure the strategic alignment and brand consistency of every marketing activity.
• Plan and execute full‑funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, print, trade shows, and events.
• Oversee and contribute to the writing and editing of engaging content for marketing materials, such as emails, blog posts, brochures, websites, and social media posts.
• Own, develop, and execute an organic social media content calendar aligned with strategy.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create sales enablement materials, presentations, and partnerships that support lead‑generation.
• Augment dealer and distributor sales through co‑marketing campaigns, dealer website audits, and updated product descriptions and images.
• Serve as the primary point person for national account marketing with support from the Director of Marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, presenting monthly results to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct market research to better serve Broda’s target audiences, understand competitive positioning, identify promotional partnerships, and analyze industry trends.
• Stay current with industry trends and marketing best practices, contributing to a best‑in‑class marketing team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in brand management, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated success developing integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
• Experience with B2B marketing, dealer or distributor relationships, medical devices, or the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, advertising strategies, and sales enablement best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Hub Spot, or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform;
  Hub Spot certifications are a plus.
