Home Care Infusion RN - Registered Nurse at BrightStar Care of Salt Lake East Davis County, UT

Position Summary

This part‑time registered nurse (RN) position provides infusion care in the Davis County area, with occasional outlying assignments.

• Minimum one (1) year of documented experience in IV infusions in a home‑care setting.
• Minimum six months experience of IVIG infusion preferred.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah.
• Certified CPR and negative TB or chest X‑ray (may be obtained after hire).
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Physically able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull as needed for client care.
• Clinical skills:
  Phlebotomy in pediatrics and/or adults, IV starts in pediatrics and/or adults, PICC line placement, ports, hemophilia/factor administration, enzyme administration.

• Provide thoughtful care to clients and patients based on personalized Plan of Care.
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs.
• Proactively update client/patient families on plan of care, health changes, and concerns.
