Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full Time Days

Schedule:
Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM), 3 days per week - Scheduling Flexibility:
Exact days are discussed during the interview-no weekend requirement - Career Growth:

- Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
- Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians
- Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition
- Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary
- Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents
- Advocate for residents, ensuring that care provided by the team aligns with resident care plans and personal wishes
- Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner
- Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support

What We're Looking For:- Current LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and uphold long-term care regulations and standards
