Maintenance Crew Lead

Blue Atlas Property Care is hiring a Maintenance Crew Lead to manage and maintain high‑end residential properties with detail‑oriented, personalized care. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

This position will lead a crew of 3 team members and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard each week.

• Lead and manage a 3-person maintenance crew
• Perform weekly landscape maintenance on high‑end residential properties
• Mowing and edging lawns
• Pruning shrubs and ornamental plants
• Bush trimming and shaping
• Weeding landscape beds
• Irrigation inspections and weekly adjustments
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Communicate with management regarding property needs and issues
• Ensure crew efficiency, quality, and professionalism

• Experience in landscape maintenance required
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and adjustments
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to speak English preferred but not required
