Lawn Care Crew Leader in Orem

We are seeking several Lawn Care Specialists to join our team!

As a Lawn Care Specialist, your main tasks will involve completing a weekly mowing route and assisting with general landscape maintenance as needed. You will use landscape machinery such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers on a daily basis. A US Driver's License in good standing and/or previous professional landscape experience is highly valued.

Workday starts at 7:45am.

Regular workweek runs Monday through Friday.

Non-mandatory overtime offered regularly.

Landscape season runs from March through early December as weather allows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with 2-3 team members to complete daily route according to company quality guidelines.
• Log work and job notes using a company-provided tablet (English or Spanish).
• Use landscape equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and pruners to complete jobs to quality standards.
• Drive company truck and trailer to job sites as needed.

Requirements:

• Effective communication with team and management.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment or objects (50 lbs).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Previous experience in the landscape industry and driving trucks/trailers is highly valued.
• Starting Pay Rate: $22/per hour with experience and a valid driver license, $19 and up without.

Starting pay is based on prior professional experience and/or possession of a valid US Driver's License in good standing (subject to approval by our commercial auto insurance). Let us know about any relevant experience you have.
