Real Estate Investment​/Development Professional; Multifamily

Overview

A global real estate investment platform backed by a major international construction and engineering group is seeking a Real Estate Investment / Development professional to support its U.S. expansion.

The firm focuses on multifamily investments across major East Coast markets and is actively involved in ground-up development projects in partnership with leading local developers.

This role offers the opportunity to be involved across the full lifecycle of real estate investments, from acquisition through development execution and asset stabilization.

• Support sourcing and evaluation of multifamily investment opportunities across major East Coast markets
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting for ground-up development projects
• Assist in structuring and execution of joint venture investments with local partners
• Coordinate with developers, architects, contractors, and other third parties throughout the development process
• Monitor project progress including budget, timeline, and overall execution
• Support asset-level performance tracking and reporting post-stabilization
• Prepare investment materials for internal decision-making

• 5–12 years of experience in real estate investment, development, or related field
• Direct exposure to multifamily ground-up development projects preferred
• Experience working with real estate developers, REITs, or investment firms
• Strong understanding of real estate financial modeling and underwriting
• Familiarity with development process including budgeting, permitting, and construction
• Experience with joint venture structures is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a lean, hands-on environment

• Experience at a real estate developer, REIT, or real estate private equity firm
• Exposure to East Coast markets such as New York, Boston, Washington DC, or other major regional markets
• Candidates with both investment and development exposure are highly desirable
