This position acts as the real‑estate lead for all real‑estate projects assigned to the individual. The portfolio may include acquisitions, greenfield developments, early‑stage projects, and other real‑estate transactions. The role requires oversight of project‑management activities, ensuring compliance with investment criteria, and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute real‑estate project activities across acquisitions and development phases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scopes, budgets, timelines, and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Ensure portfolio alignment with company investment objectives and compliance frameworks.
• Report on project progress, financial performance, and deliverables to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Five or more years of real‑estate project‑management or investment experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with real‑estate due diligence, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
