Cottonwood Title in Utah's Union Park area is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support escrow officers from opening to closing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Candidates with 1–3 years in title/escrow, or strong interest with no experience, are welcome. You’ll handle closing documents, coordinate with lenders and realtors, and help balance transactions.
Experience with Soft Pro is preferred. A Utah title insurance license or willingness to obtain one is required.
