Residential Project Manager

Job Description

Salary: 80k + performance bonus

A Project Manager with a strong background in residential renovations and fix-and-flip projects who already has an established contractor and vendor network in the Salt Lake City market. This person should understand local homebuyer preferences, be comfortable managing multiple active projects, and be able to make strategic renovation decisions that drive value and profitability.

• Manage a portfolio of residential renovation projects throughout the Salt Lake City market
• Coordinate and oversee contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule
• Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on project oversight
• Leverage local market knowledge to make renovation decisions that maximize property value and appeal to buyers
• Build and maintain relationships with local contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Review project scopes, budgets, timelines, and overall project performance
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from acquisition through sale
• Manage an average pipeline of 15-18 active renovation projects at varying stages
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, quality, and return on investment

• 5+ years of residential renovation, rehab, or fix-and-flip project management experience
• Experience managing multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of the Utah residential construction and renovation market
• Established network of local contractors, vendors, and tradespeople
• Experience overseeing budgets, timelines, contractor performance, and project execution
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from acquisition through completion
• Existing relationships with contractors and vendors throughout the Salt Lake City market
• Experience working for companies such as Offerpad, Zillow, Redfin, Opendoor, or similar real estate investment organizations
