Property Manager

Full-Time Property Manager – Multi-Family needed in West Jordan Utah. This person will be the site-level manager and responsible for all aspects of property operation. Their assignment will be to achieve all operational and financial goals for the property. Duties include renting apartments, collecting and banking of rents and fees, scheduling turnover of units with vendors, handling resident service requests, advertising available apartments on internet and with outreach marketing, overseeing and maintaining common areas of community in clean and attractive condition, processing payables and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

They will also fill in on other properties as needed.

Preferable for successful applicant to have prior property management experience, however others will be considered. Spanish speaking a plus.

Must be able to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditions. Excellent skills required; ability to use and quickly learn technology including Microsoft Office, Internet and email. Must possess a professional demeanor, presentation and communication both oral and written, outgoing sales ability, outstanding customer service and a detail-oriented work ethic. Salary depending on experience.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: $19 - $21

Will be on call for emergencies to coordinate with resident and maintenance staff.
