Job Description & How to Apply Below

Justin Bradley’s client, a non-profit policy and advocacy organization, is seeking detail-oriented and analytically rigorous Election Integrity Research Analysts to conduct targeted public records research on up to approximately 1,700 local election officials across 19 states. The project may be assigned in whole or in part across multiple research partners. Analysts will conduct specifically tailored vettings of public officials serving on select governing bodies and/or in designated official roles to identify potential threats to democratic election processes.

The research will focus on identifying actions or statements that qualify as “election denial” and/or indicate a willingness to undermine the fair administration of elections. The scope is designed to surface sufficient proof points to support identifying potential threats — thorough but not exhaustive vetting.

A detailed research rubric will be provided at project launch.

Role is temp. 100% remote.

Responsibilities
  • News Clip Analysis:
Review news databases and online local news sources (furnished by consultants) to identify relevant statements, affiliations, or actions.
  • Website and Social Media Review:
Conduct structured reviews of identifiable websites and social media accounts, including at minimum:
Facebook, X, Linked In, and Instagram.
  • Elections Office Due Diligence:
Review official tenures via primary source materials such as meeting minutes and agendas to surface actions or statements of concern. Document localities where board minutes or official records are not publicly accessible.
  • Targeted Internet Search:
Conduct additional web searches informed by prior research findings to identify relevant supplementary information.
  • Time Scope:
Research will be limited to activity from November 2020 to the present.
