Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Some managers also lead departments, managing systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver a great experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and keep the front counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru organized.
The Kitchen Department Manager guarantees quality food, speed, safety, cost control, and staff training on production procedures. The People Department Manager handles hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, motivates crew, and recognizes performance. Previous managerial experience is preferred, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older, have a flexible schedule, and thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald’s.
