Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience;
Some managers lead Departments, managing systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that promotions are executed, with staff trained in service procedures, and Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas organized;
Ensure restaurant delivers great quality food, is safe, manages food cost, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate staff
