Crew Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Chubby's Cafe is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Crew Members to join our team at our fast‑casual restaurant chain. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This position may involve a variety of tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Prepare and assemble food items according to Chubby's Cafe standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service and operational goals.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours per shift.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, including boxes of supplies and ingredients.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and squatting as needed to perform various tasks.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with varying temperatures.

• Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
