Location:

University Parkway, Orem, Utah.

We are seeking hourly restaurant Shift Leaders to lead the team to success in a fast‑paced, fast‑casual environment, creating the “Ultimate Burger Experience” for our guests.

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Assist the Management Team in verifying daily taste and temperature, opening/closing, and training standards are maintained; supervising daily restaurant operations and team with a focus on product quality and enhancing the guest experience.
• Oversee and maintain cleanliness and condition of the restaurant to a high standard.
• Utilize POS and handle cash.
• Uphold compliance with all employment policies.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure its condition and food quality are up to standard.
• Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to keep team members and guests safe.
• Participate in training and development of key team members.
• Understand, supervise and practice safe food handling procedures.

• 8‑hour workday: standing/walking up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to FDA‑approved cleaning chemicals.
• Exposure to temperatures 90°F.
• Movements: bending, twisting, squatting, reaching.

High School Diploma or equivalent desired.

1+ year in a restaurant supervisory role or other supervisory role preferred.
