Jersey Mike’s is hiring a Regional Manager.

• Store sales
• Volume
• Quality of service
• Customer satisfaction
• Profit margin
• Lead employee training
• Lead by example
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions

Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the Regional Manager.

• High school degree or equivalent
• 2 year QSR management experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation

• Excellent menu and product knowledge with an awesome personality
• Must be able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Desire to improve self and skill sets
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs
• Goal‑oriented and reliable performer who can meet schedule requirements
