As a Talent Mentor
, you’ll play a key role in developing and recruiting top leadership talent while supporting multiple restaurants.
- Partnering with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
- Visiting two locations daily to recruit leadership positions.
- Providing coaching and feedback to develop restaurant teams.
- Helping locations hit key targets in sales, labor, and food costs.
- Building a strong leadership pipeline for future growth.
- Fostering a culture of positivity and gratitude within each restaurant.
- Collaborating with District Managers to ensure staffing success.
- 2‑5 years of experience in recruiting and leadership development (restaurant industry preferred).
- Proven ability to develop talent and hit key performance metrics.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring a team.
- Availability to work a set five‑day schedule (no Sundays).
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven with a growth mindset.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and adapts well to change.
