As a Talent Mentor
, you’ll play a key role in developing and recruiting top leadership talent while supporting multiple restaurants.

• Partnering with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Visiting two locations daily to recruit leadership positions.
• Providing coaching and feedback to develop restaurant teams.
• Helping locations hit key targets in sales, labor, and food costs.
• Building a strong leadership pipeline for future growth.
• Fostering a culture of positivity and gratitude within each restaurant.
• Collaborating with District Managers to ensure staffing success.

• 2‑5 years of experience in recruiting and leadership development (restaurant industry preferred).
• Proven ability to develop talent and hit key performance metrics.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring a team.
• Availability to work a set five‑day schedule (no Sundays).
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven with a growth mindset.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and adapts well to change.
