Production Baker
This is a seasonal position ending after the 2026 holiday season. Work-life balance is provided with all Kneaders Bakery & Cafe locations closed every Sunday and on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas every year. Flexible schedules and split-shifts are available. A successful Production Baker will manage the production and baking of pie-shells, pie tops, e-clairs, breads, and more. You must be able to meet exacting standards and enjoy an environment of learning and excellence in daily baking operations. The production baker will bring smiles to the faces of our customers through Kneaders recipes and products.
This work includes daily physical activity as you work quickly and lift up to 50 lb bags in the kitchen. Successful candidates will thrive on a high-volume production environment where a high sense of urgency goes hand in hand with our culture. Kneaders is eager to fill this Production Baker position. The qualified candidate will possess the desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and fun environment.

Other job skills include the ability to lift heavy items (50+lbs above waist), the ability to work quickly and carefully, and regular communication with the Executive Corporate Baker.
Specific, desirable skills include decision making, communication, and time-management. Deadlines are crucial in this role. Assists with daily operational needs, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
Required education and experience:
