Join our team in Amangiri. Blending into untouched red-rock country on over 900 acres of the Colorado Plateau, Amangiri and its satellite, Camp Sarika, reflect dual aspects of this ancient desert landscape. Amangiri is seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook 1 to join our Culinary team. In this full-time role, you will prepare and present high-level food items while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You'll work closely with our talented chefs to deliver exceptional cuisine to guests and staff.

• Maintain and operate your assigned kitchen station with precision and consistency
• Execute prep tasks and food production as directed by the Sous Chef
• Ensure all mise en place is complete and up to quality standards
• Use proper recipes and presentation techniques to uphold culinary excellence
• Communicate effectively with the Culinary leadership team about needs or issues
• Accommodate guest dietary or special requests with attention to detail
• Label, date, and store all food products properly at the end of shift
• Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members across all shifts to ensure continuity and quality
• Maintain a professional demeanor and reflect the high standards of Aman

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, holidays, and varied shifts
• Food Safety Certification required
• Highly organized and capable of working independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with poise and precision
• Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness
• Sensitive to cultural diversity and hospitality standards
• Must maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
