- Part-Time/PRN Schedule
: 1pm - 7pm Monday & Tuesday w/alternating AM & PM shifts on weekends (6A-230P, 1030A-7P, and 1P-7P) - FREE meals and FREE parking

- Takes initiative — identifies things that need to be done and takes action
- Displays a hard work ethic and completes daily cooking and cleaning tasks
- Ensures major equipment is shut off, including the dishwasher, ovens, cook tops, steam table, and the cold table
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen and pantry, including washing dishes, mopping floors etc.
- Maintains awareness of and ensures that special dietary restrictions are always applied in preparation of food for each patient
- Experience working in an institutional kitchen is REQUIRED
- Must have strong cooking skills and ability to cook in large quantity - will be the primary cook on weekend shift
- Food Handler's Permit within 90 days of hire required.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- 21 years of age or older REQUIRED
