Sushi by Scratch Restaurants is seeking a skilled bartender for a dynamic omakase dining experience managed by the Grand Hyatt. You will welcome guests, explain beverage options, craft and serve cocktails, and coordinate with the culinary team to deliver a memorable, cultural dining journey.
Candidates should bring 2+ years in fine dining beverage service, knowledge of sake and Japanese whiskeys, and a hospitality-first mindset. Overtime and night/weekend shifts are expected.
