As the largest jewellery brand in the world, Pandora is looking for a Flex Sales associate who will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

• Please note, this job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of the application.
• Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

• Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

• Results‑oriented selling ability.
• A sense of care in written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years of age and the ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the excitement. This may include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work.
• Flexible schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support and step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
