Support the General Manager's efforts to adequately staff the restaurant with quality people who are passionate about achieving standards, exceeding expectations, and delighting customers;
Deliver the Del Taco Brand by executing standards, maintaining facilities and equipment, and ensuring a consistent service experience;
Achieve or exceed sales plans by identifying and communicating sales goals, optimizing staffing for projected/actual sales, and supporting local store marketing opportunities;
