H&M Sales Advisor- University Place

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need for the best experience and support garment refill, care, presentation and a clean sales floor.

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers and supporting them with direct customer service.
• Engage customers in conversations to provide excellent service.
• Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store.
• Effectively promote and sell our products to customers.
• Promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management.

• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, brands, products and competitors.
• Use product & fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.

• Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
• Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements.
• Provide and receive feedback to learn and develop.
• Participate in onboarding, training and courses relevant to the role.

• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and ensure good garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice & processes.
• Keep a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends & stories according to visual & commercial guidelines.
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor.
• Follow best practice for in‑store services & in‑store tech tools.
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
