Job Description

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a full-time Team Leader in University Place Mall in Orem, Utah and be a role model as you provide a brand experience for our customers. This full-time Team Leader will provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.
Responsibilities- Experience the pride, commitment and shared sense of responsibility
- Enhance profitable sales by the regular review of sales and margin information
- Assist to ensure that appropriate and effective space management techniques are used
- Ensure that the store graphics system (including pricing) is maintained effectively, with a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales
- Ensure that all fixtures are always replenished
- Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, finding opportunities to develop our business further
- Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines
- Empower and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO® Brand values
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment
- Delivery of Employee training
- Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
- Point of sale automated systems
- Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
- Physical specifications:
Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. - May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
- Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week
The hourly wage for the position has a range of $22.10 - $25.30 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
