Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Compensation: $40k Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Opportunity

• Engage with local business leaders over the phone, email and other communication channels to advance marketplace trust.
• Hold meaningful conversations with business owners and stakeholders to understand customer challenges and present the value of BBB accreditation.
• Conduct routine discovery and qualifying sales inquiries to drive growth in new accredited businesses joining our community, including probing questions and overcoming objections.
• Own and manage a pipeline of prospective customers and assist with onboarding, including communication and collection of membership fees.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals; maintain strong work ethic and tenacity.
• Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet daily and monthly goals.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in service sales or volunteer position is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer operations.
