Automotive Sales Consultant

• Lead customers through the full sales journey with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction through frequent, friendly follow‑up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects from web, phone, and in‑store leads.
• Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.

• Friendly, cooperative demeanor and quick to build relationships.
• Easygoing, uninhibited, comfortable working with others.
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results.
• Tolerant of uncertainty and able to handle details quickly, correctly, and efficiently.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and hold a valid in‑state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
