What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Conduct outside sales visits to customer homes, assessing needs and presenting tailored product solutions
  • Prepare and negotiate customized price quotes, warranty information, and financial options for customers
  • Proactively seek new customers and develop relationships with store management and associates
  • Complete required sales contracts and paperwork, ensuring compliance with installation specifications
  • Attend sales and store team meetings to enhance sales techniques and knowledge of product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum of 1+ years of previous related work experience
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
  • Ability to lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Prior in-home or virtual sales experience
  • Experience in the home improvement industry
  • Successful lead generation experience
  • Proficient with computer applications and technology (email, iPad, apps, etc.)
