As the Senior Sales Development Representative you will be having a high focus on closing deals and increasing revenue. Appointments will be set for you and you will understand needs, present options and close. This will include leading out in creating revenue for the company through innovative approaches, building rapport and ensuring you demonstrate poise, expertise, knowledge and general market savvy.
Your focus will be to ensure each potential member has a consistent and enjoyable experience while learning about how to create success through our solution.
- Achieving and exceeding agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- Strong phone sales
- Managing your sales funnel with the implementation of strategies to address key friction points and improve sales conversion rates
- Presenting our solution to interested Clients
- Following up to presentations to answer questions and make progress toward outcomes
- Building financial success plans with Clients for longer term success
- Evaluating Client needs & financial status
- Performing discovery on alignment to our business and offering
- Collaborating with team and marketing to ensure market alignment & messaging
- Building value and compelling motivation to empower Clients to take action for consumer products and services
- Bringing innovative ideas to help overall success rate
- Demonstrating market intelligence and enthusiasm
- Revenue production
- Prospecting warm leads
- Pre-Setting
- Reporting, forecasting and CRM management
- Sales presentations
- Setting client expectations and working with integrity to prevent returns
- Ensuring good client experience and NPS (net promoter score)
- Demonstrated history of hitting quota
- Strong phone sales experience
- History and examples of finding solutions for clients to move things forward that may not immediately appear
- Examples of being creative to find and help clients progress through the funnel
- Ability to present and articulate value propositions
- Technology experience
- G‑Suite proficiency
- General computer awareness, sales etc.
- Positive indicators
- Hub Spot or SFDC experience
