Do you crush goals and sell lighting systems/turn‑key solutions or lighting controls directly to end users such as National accounts in retail, supermarkets, automotive verticals and/or large development projects for commercial or hospitality verticals? Then I have the best compensation plan in the lighting industry with a well established Lighting distributor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring a minimum of three years of experience selling commercial lighting systems directly to end users within retail, hospitality, education, supermarkets, auto dealers, QSR, and/or education verticals. We also welcome individuals with solid experience working at a lighting rep agency with established contacts with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Own the sales cycle: hunt, pitch, and lock in the sale with the help of our team of lighting designers, estimators, and project managers to help you along the way. We have a 90% win rate on submitted bids due to our outstanding pricing power.
• Be comfortable with clients who are C‑Suite decision makers in large C&I, Retail, Healthcare, Financial, Legal, or specialty markets.
• Confidence, hustle, and killer instincts required. No if’s, buts or maybes!
