Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a privately held, specialty pharmaceutical company focused on innovative products for underserved patients.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographical area to target, penetrate, and establish a network with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties.
- Manage hybrid relationships through in‑person and virtual engagement, leveraging next‑gen ways of working to maximize efficiency.
- Call on retail pharmacies, both chain and independent.
- Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and efficiencies, capitalizing on opportunities with greatest ROI.
- Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
- Manage and track territory information through a CRM system.
- At least 3 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales experience.
- Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Business acumen and comprehension of clinical information, with ability to articulate a clinical sales message to healthcare providers.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
- Proficiency with a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva).
- Independent, with ability to work within a team.
- Attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
- May occasionally climb stairs and/or ride elevators.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to manipulate a keyboard, operate a telephone and handheld devices.
- Other miscellaneous job duties as required.
- Competitive compensation package, including an annual bonus based on company performance.
