Remote - US

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a privately held, specialty pharmaceutical company focused on innovative products for underserved patients.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographical area to target, penetrate, and establish a network with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties.
  • Manage hybrid relationships through in‑person and virtual engagement, leveraging next‑gen ways of working to maximize efficiency.
  • Call on retail pharmacies, both chain and independent.
  • Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and efficiencies, capitalizing on opportunities with greatest ROI.
  • Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
  • Manage and track territory information through a CRM system.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales experience.
  • Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Business acumen and comprehension of clinical information, with ability to articulate a clinical sales message to healthcare providers.
  • Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva).
  • Independent, with ability to work within a team.
  • Attention to detail and follow‑through.
Physical & Mental Requirements
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
  • May occasionally climb stairs and/or ride elevators.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to manipulate a keyboard, operate a telephone and handheld devices.
  • Other miscellaneous job duties as required.
